The Ritual of Ayurveda – Rituals Collection

Rituals has plenty of amazing products (especially their body lotions and shower gels are my faves). I was introduced to Rituals one year ago when my little sister surprised me on my birthday with some of their products. She knows how to put a smile on my face – I had to write something nice about her as she will definitely read this Review 😉

So last week I received a mega-amazing-gorgeous Box with products from “the Ritual of Ayurveda” line, which has just relaunched with a new design and innovative products for home and body . The Ayurveda line is based on Indian Rose, Himalaya Honey and Sweet Almond Oil. It is inspired by the ancient philosophy of Ayurveda – the art of restoring inner harmony through the nurturing of your body and soul.

The Ritual of Ayurveda Natural Dry Oils

Before I start reviewing the natural oils – can we please take a second and admire the packaging of these oils?

They look very luxurious as the bottles are made of glas.  The Ayurveda collection comes with three natural dry oils for body and hair: Kapha, Vata and Pitta. The Ritual of Ayurveda Dry Oil Vata is enriched with nourishing herbs and contains Sweet almond Oil and Basil. It nourishes the skin. My favorite of all the dry oils is the Ayurveda Dry Oil Kapha – it is enriched with invigorating herbs and contains Ginger and Cinnamon. And the last one called The Ritual of Ayurveda Dry Oil Pitta is enriched with soothing Lavender and Ylang Ylang. I love how light-weight these oils are. The oils are perfect for balancing energies with the art of Abhyanga (self-massage).

The Ritual of Ayurveda Foaming Shower Gel

I can’t put into words how much I love this Foaming Shower Gel!! It smells amazing and the scent lingers for a decent few hours after you shower. The consistency is nice too. It only takes a small amount to get tons of lather and the smell is great. You have to be careful not to hold the nozzle down for too long or you will get much more product than you need. If used in smaller amounts the product lasts a long time.

The Ritual of Ayurveda Body Cream

It leaves my skin very moisturized and the scent lasts for a long time. I apply it as any other cream, after bathing and it gives me a sense of tranquility and peace with myself through their smell of the Rose. And my skin absorbs it very quickly. All in all: I love this product! It will definitely replace my current Body Cream.

I will definitely be adding more products from Rituals to my Skincare collection – the products are very luxurious and I just can’t get enough of their products.
