Two weeks ago I was invited to a three day Lookfantastic Premiere Event in Manchester with more than 80 bloggers and journalists from all over the world. I felt very appreciated that I was a part of this trip.
When I arrived in Manchester, I was picked up from the Lookfantastic team and brought with some other bloggers to the hotel. We arrived at the Rubisson Blu Edwardian Hotel in Manchester around 6:30 pm and we had half an hour to get ready for the evening program. The evening program started with delicious cocktails and get to together with other bloggers and journalists. We were welcomed by the Lookfantastic team once again and our day ended with a tasty dinner.
The next day started with a delicious breakfast and around 9 am we headed to the Monastery, where the Brand exhibition was held. We had the chance to discover new launches and learn more about the products of the brands which were present. During the exhibitions we could also take part in workshops. After the lunch I took part in a panel discussion “The Future Is Female” with four female company founders, which was very interesting and motivating. Afterwards we headed back to the hotel to get ready for the dinner. We were again brought to the Monastery, which was transformed into an amazing dinner location. The theme of the dinner was “Circus” and the pictures don’t do justice to the pretty decoration. While we got dinner served, we had amazing circus acts too. I had an amazing there.
On the last day of the event we had a very interesting Seminar by Google and Lookfantastic about “The Future Of Beauty”. We got interesting insights about what is currently trending on Google and what people search for. This seminar definitely gave me some inputs for my Blog.
After the seminar we checked out from the hotel and went to the Grand Pacific Restaurant for brunch. At the brunch we had a short presentation about the brand Apivita and their ingredients. It was a very relaxing atmosphere with the girls while having a tasty brunch. Altogether I had a lovely time in Manchester and I am really glad that I got the chance to meet the team of Lookfantastic. And I got the chance to meet amazing girls from different countries too.
