Today I will review the most hyped liquid lipsticks on Instagram.

When I made my profile on Instagram, I discovered this amazing brand “Gerard Cosmetics“. I saw their liquid lipsticks everywhere, literally on almost every beauty profile. Sometimes it can be hard to figure out if bloggers/ YouTubers are being paid to say they love a brand, and that can make purchasing products a little daunting. I purchased these lipsticks with my own money. My goal is to give my honest opinion on products.

So being a lipstick junkie I ordered three of their “Hydra Matte Liquid Lipsticks”.  At that time (approx. one and half years ago) Gerard Cosmetics was quite new on the market and they had really great offers. I got all three for around $ 35 with free international shipping. The regular price for a liquid lipstick is  $20 (approx. 19 €).

I was hunting for some nude colours and that´s why I got them in:

• Everything Nice
• Serenity
• 1995

The delivery took place upto three weeks. I was really very excited when I got my package.

The Lipsticks are very good pigmented and are easy to apply. I was really impressed by the colour “1995” – now it is one of my favourite lipsticks. I like the colour “Everything Nice” aswell. The colour “Serenity” disappointed me a little bit. It did not suit me at all and it was wayyy different as it looked on the pictures.

These Liquid Lipsticks are very long-lasting but the texture dries out your lips, so I would recommend to apply a lip balm first.

All in all, I like their Liquid Lipsticks, they look cute, have an easy application, they are extremely pigmented and matte, and they are very long-lasting. If you get these lipsticks on offer – what do you want more? But honestly, I would never buy those liquid lipsticks on regular price – I would rather invest that money on MAC lipsticks.
