Face Oils for dry skin

Face oils are the new must-have for everyone’s skincare routine. I have started using face oils few months ago and I can’t imagine my life without these oils anymore. In this Blog post I will tell you why you need to start using a Face Oil and which are best for dry skin.

Why should you use a Face Oil?

The benefits of using face oils are that they are moisturizing and many contain antioxidants. Face oils are able to absorb into the skin faster and more effectively than a cream. And they can help calm against any harsh ingredients. It’s important to note that both moisturizer and face oil are equally important when it comes to maintaining a healthy, hydrated skin. When face oil is applied after your moisturizer it seals in all of the hydrating ingredients and makes sure that the active ingredients from your other skin product absorb deep into the skin.

It is also common that your skin appear dry and dull as you age. This happens because as we age our skin produces less natural oils. So you need to help your skin by adding face oils to your skin regime. What I have noticed since I started using face oils is that whenever I do my Make-up, it leaves a silky finish. I mostly mix it with my foundation to make sure that my skin hydrated throughout the whole time. This is an another benefit.

Which face oil is best for dry skin?

For Day:

I had very dry skin. That’s why I added face oils to my skincare routine. I have two face oils which I always switch to use. The one I love to use is the “Daily Reviving Concentrate” by Kiehl’s and the other one is the “Pure Radiance Face Oil” from Rituals. My skin feels amazing every time when I use them. I can’t say which I like more to use. But both do their job very well.

For Night:
